A little while ago I got the lightbox out again. This time I took photos of, and tried to get up close and personal with, dried teasel seed heads, agate, and a wasp nest.
This is the teasel; even the spikes have spikes!!
The wasp nest; We found it in the attic, such a delicate little structure.
And this is agate, I picked this up at the Natural History Museum. It’s so pretty, and such a lovely colour.
Agate can be formed in spaces between igneous rocks, it’s fascinating.
If you any suggestions about what you’d like to see me photograph in my lightbox next, just let me know 🙂
There are a few more photos in my Still life album.
