You may remember my post about my experience at Eastbourne Airbourne this year [Click to see the post] I have finally edited a few more photos.
The first day of the display was so foggy none of the planes could fly. So the new lifeboat, the Diamond Jubilee, and it’s crew did a little impromptu display for us. They kept us entertained while we waited, until the air show was called off for the day.
Here are some of the photos I took. The full set is on Flickr and I’d recommend viewing in order as it tells the story! [See the set here] It’s not often you see a live sea rescue in front of you! It was rather interesting. It made the trip and sitting in the cold fog for hours worth it.
